What is your original issue/pain point you want to solve?
Sometimes when you start a draft for an E-mail and you are distracted by something else, you come back to the ticket later and just want to change something in the ticket attributes, you forgot, that you have started an e-mail draft.
Why is it not solvable with the Zammad standard?
You don’t have a clear indicator, that the “Update”-button includes will send an E-mail.
What is your expectation/what do you want to achieve?
Change the “Update” button to “Update & send E-mail” if there is an existing e-mail draft.
