# Change priority from hidden to visable for customers

Hi,
I would like to know if there is a ruby command I can run to make the priority field visible instead of hidden for customers? Or a database option or is it possible in some way?

Sorry but that’s not possible.
You could workaround that with a custom object you display to your customers only and a trigger that pulls the priority field straight.
