I just want to ask, whats happens if i change the “MIN. SIZE OF NUMBER” manually?
What happens with the links to the existing tickets?
good question.
You can change the setting of min-size number and even ticket number style, but:
Zammad might get confused with old tickets and not put references correct any further.
The best idea is to always choose this setting at the beginning and -if possible- never touch it again.
If you’re worried about the number getting too small: Don’t worry. Zammad will automatically extend the ticket number if needed (so we won’t start at 1 again )
