I would like delete the sentences attacched. Is it possible?

How can i delete that sentence?

I would like translate closed successful in my language or create another ticket status.

Completely deleting this section will not be so easy but you could just go in to the translation section and change the sentence to s.th. completely different, maybe that helps? If you want to make design changes to the site you will have to work with a custom css file.
