It’s possible to change the path of attachments files?, we want to keep Zammad in a SSD and attachments in HDD. I saw a post of 2018 saying there is a work around with symlinks but right now its possible to do it just changing the path somewhere?

the information you’ve found is still the current way on how to achieve this if needed.
Theoretically you could also use mount points (on your own risk of course ;x)
