Can't send Mails with M365 Business

hey, I have what is probably a simple question. I have set up m365 and my email address is stored as inbound and unbound. The emails come in, but I can’t reply. I don’t see a “reply” button in my tickets. Can someone tell me what’s missing?

Have you put the mail address in the group?
