Can't create Ticket per Web

Hello, i need help with my Zammad Setup.

Infos:

  • Used Zammad version: 4.1.x
  • Used Zammad installation type: package
  • Operating system: Ubuntu 20.04.3 LTS
  • Browser + version: Brave 1.29.79

I have installed Zammad myself. The error occurs after we migrated data from Zendesk.

Expected behavior:

Create a new Ticket in WebUI

Actual behavior:

Create Button without function.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

As an Agent or Registered User logged into the Web, we would create a new ticket using the green plus. The form opens and it can be filled in. After pressing the Create button below, the fields are greyed out, nothing else happens.

There are no errors in the Production.log

Hello, I was able to fix the problem myself by chance. I have created an additional data field in the objects, then it was witnessed that a database update must be performed. After performing this update, all problems were solved.

In addition, I noticed today that I could not change the creator of a ticket afterwards.

Now everything works. :grinning:
