Zammad version: 5.4.1 (Using Helm Chart)

Hi there ! :wave:

I have a problem with Google authorization…not Zammad. Just wanted to know if you have had a similar situation ?

I wanted to add a Google account, so I follow Zammad documentation to register the account. But, when trying to setup the “OAuth Concent Screen”, Google rejects our request, and ask for a Video showing the user flow.

Do you have the same problem ?

Never seen such a scenario.
At least not if you follow the documentation.

Sounds like you’re trying to get it officially approved by Google which may come with these requirements.
