Infos:
- Used Zammad version: 6.5.2
- Used Zammad installation type: docker-compose
- Operating system: Debian
- Browser + version: Chrome Version 141.0.7390.122
I have followed the steps in the documentation to setup WhatsApp, but I’m unable to add to configure the Webhook on the Meta side.
All I get is; The callback URL or verify token couldn’t be validated. Please verify the provided information or try again later. The business is verified, the domain is verified as is the phone number. I believe I’ve followed all of the steps correctly.
I cannot see anything in the console logs on either the nginx container or rails server container that would suggest meta is even attempting to verify the callback url.
If I visit the callback URL in my browser then I see that get logged (not sure if that’s helpful);

The meta side is terrible and gives no information, is there anything I should check on the Zammad side?
