I have a question: In my ticket, I need to compare two dates. Is there a way to test if one date is less than the other?

no that’s not possible.
Zammad however is able to tell if a date if in the future or past from the current moment (relative to) if that’s of help.
If you believe this is a missing functionality, you can check if there’s an existing feature request and of not create one here. Please make sure to use the provided template.
