Can I make a specific Ticket's field unavailable or readonly to some users?

  • Used Zammad version: 2.8
  • Used Zammad installation source: Community Zammad for Ubuntu V 2.8.0
  • Operating system: Ububtu 16.04
  • Browser + version: Firefox 64.0

Expected behavior:

Can I make a Ticket’s specific field become unavailable/read-only for a user of new role/group type?

I need my Supervisor Agent to be able to access/edit all fields but other Agents/Users to only be able to modify certain fields.



It’s not possible to deny changing certain fields at the moment.
You can either edit tickets or just read them.
