i’m not sure if i misunderstand something or maybe it’s a bug. I can create a new ticket in a group, but i have no create permissions set in this group.

- Used Zammad installation source: (source, package, …)

- Browser + version:
A incoming group for emails without the possibility to create a ticket by a agent manualy. The agent should only can see the ticket and should allowed to change the group.
The agent is able to create a ticket in the group without “create” permissions.
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
A group with permissions “read, change, overview”. Click the + to create a ticket, in the group drop down menu it’s possible to chooce this group and create a ticket.
