Hey Everybody,
I’ve installed Zammad and wan’t to connect my Calendar to the Outlook Kalender.
After Copied the URL http://“fqdn”/ical/tickets/pending Outlook ask for login, I’ve tried different Things.

Like,
Domain\username
http"fqdn"\username
…

but nothing works.

Is there any How-to to configure it or something else?

Zammad is expecting the login data you’re using in Zammad.
That means either login name without any additions or your mail address.
