Features need to be usable / useful for everyone. No I need special Feature X for my specific use case.
Using the calendar in my profile to be schown in my outlook calendar, it provides the ticketnumber. I think it could be usefull if the calender also provides a link to the tickets
Feature requests need a detailed description. Maybe some mockup screenshots, if something is UI related.
The funktion described here: iCal-Integration | Zammad Features is very nice. Jet a link to the tickets would be usefull. at the moment i only get T#69024
