Calendar feed shows no entries


  • Used Zammad version: 3.6.0-65
  • Used Zammad installation source: docker
  • Operating system: Debian + Nomad
  • Browser + version: Firefox 86.0

Expected behavior:

The ical feed under /ical/tickets/new_open shows no entries:


Actual behavior:

I expected some entries to show. What are the requirements for a ticket to show up in the calendar? I fully expect an error on my end here (probably user error)

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  • Go to “Profile → Calendar”
  • Check all options for “New & open” and show the calendar URL
  • Open /ical/tickets/new_open in the browser
  • An empty ical feed is shown


Sorry but I can’t reproduce that.
Could you check again? Possibly on a current Zammad 4.0?

Please ensure that you have at least one Ticket (which you are allowed to access) that’s open or new.

Hi, thanks for the response. Will retry on Zammad 4.0 next week when I am back in the office.

Ah yes, the ticket was open but already had an owner. Works fine – thank you!
