I am trying to find a way to show per ticket, wat the days outstanding is per ticket. In other words, the number of days between today’s date and the date the call was initially created. Is there a way to do this, as this is a very critical requirement for us.

Actual behavior:

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

if you’re oke with using an SQL query you could hook something up like this, and for example display it in grafana;

SELECT
tickets.created_at AS “create time”,
tickets.last_contact_customer_at,
EXTRACT(EPOCH FROM current_timestamp-tickets.created_at)/86400 as days_ago,
users.firstname,
tickets.title
FROM tickets
inner join users on (tickets.owner_id=users.id)
WHERE
$__timeFilter(tickets.created_at) and tickets.state_id!=4
ORDER BY tickets.created_at asc
