Button: Open last Ticket

  • Hi!; i would like users not to have access to the ticket list; is it currently possible to add button: “Open last ticket” that would open the last possible ticket from the hide list?.

No that’s not possible.
Why do you want to hide the users tickets anyway? I mean usually they’d know their tickets right? Why not allow them to read them historically?
