Bulk Ticket Closing

Infos:

Hello, I’m trying to closed multiple tickets using the bulk features on overviews but it’s not working.

  • Used Zammad version: 3.6.x
  • Used Zammad installation type: package
  • Operating system: Windows
  • Browser + version: Chrome

Expected behavior:

  • multiple tickets will closed on bulk selection

Actual behavior:

  • can’t update ticket

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Your production.log may be a good idea to ask.

Also you might want to upgrade to 4.1 asap as you’re prune to security issues.
