Im trying to modify the bulk menu, i want to add custom fields created by me in the bulk menu, is this possible or there are some workaround?

No, this is not possible. No workarounds.
How is it possible? bulk actions with custom field is necessary for almost everyone
If you need it that urgently, pay for it. Zammad is an awesome system and not everyone has the same system requirements as you do.
