Bug: User (customer) name is displayed as ID

Infos:

  • Used Zammad version: 5.1
  • Used Zammad installation type: package
  • Operating system: Ubuntu 20
  • Browser + version: 98.0.2

Expected behavior:

Actual behavior:

  • Since update to 5.1, IDs are sporadically displayed instead of users (customers) and Owners.

Yep I’ve seen this on my chromium based browser to.
Seems to happen if my session is open fairly long.
