I’m compeltely new to Zammad. Right now I’m testing and evaluating it as a helpdesk for the company I’m working for. We are hosting Zammad on prem. I haven’t really found anything on how to customize the consumer facing helpdesk. I need to change the themeing to our corporate identity, so I wanted to ask if anyone of you has experience with that and if anyone of you could send me some screenshots of your helpdesk, so I can see what is possible.
Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

But I was looking for examples of somone who has customized the teheming of the customer-facing helpdesk to their corporate identity via SCSS, just so I can get an idea what really is possible on the self hosted instance.
As you’re using docker-compose making your changes persistent is the main “issue” and burden. You can adjust virtually anything via CSS if the technical scopes fit (selectors as example).
However. There’s no guruantee that from on veersion to another your custom changes work. In my experiences this causes administrators to update the instance less often which -in my opinion- is a very bad thing.
