Block Auto Response for Specific Email

  • Used Zammad version: 2.6.x
  • Used Zammad installation source: (source, package, …) Package (RPM)
  • Operating system: CentOS 7
  • Browser + version: Chrome 66

We have had a request from one of our external vendors to turn off the autoresponder from our helpdesk when they send their CRM requests to us. Is it possible to do this in Zammad for just one email address or should I tell them to take a long walk off a short pier?

Hey @SullyTech,

you could try to exclude their email address inside the trigger which sends the auto response (you can only exclude exactly one email-address though).

I’d still go with the pier thing though :joy:
