- Used Zammad version: 3.0
- Used Zammad installation source: (source, package, …) package
- Operating system: Ubuntu 18.04
- Browser + version: Firefox (and Chrome, Safari)
- Click Edit Knowledge Base Button and expect to see a screen wherein I can create or edit an article
- Blank page is displayed with functional sidebar
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Turn on the Knowledge Base, go to default /help address, then click Edit Knowledge Base.
Any ideas on what would prevent the Edit screen from displaying at all?
