Barrierefreie Benutzung Ticketaufnahme

Hi Guys!
We are using zammad for some time now. We like to entrust a blind colleague with writing down user request by phone calls as tickets in zammad. We noted that zammad is unfortunately not barrier-free - it fails in selecting customers from the “Customer” combo box.
Can we hope for any improvment in future?
