I am currently trying to integrate Bandwidth into Zammad via SMS, but I’m getting very confused around the ability to add custom SMS providers. I saw a guide in here relating to Telnyx, but I’m struggling to figure how szpm files are implemented. If anyone would happen to have any knowledge on this, I’d appreciate it!
Thanks!

> Packages Tutorial Welcome to this tutorial. I will do my best to give you a basic introduction into custom development of zammad. Until there is a marketplace and/or a developer/packages documentation officially available by Zammad GmbH, this might help you to get some insights about how to handle packages in zammad. I will try to show you some basics and tips and tricks to keep your development compatible and easy to maintain. Be aware that all my small tutorials are using my GIT aliases. So …

Not really, this is my first time using bandwidth so it’s very hard to follow.

So it’s not about how to create a package for Zammad but how to build what you want to build actually…?

I am trying to understand if this is the method to implement bandwidth, or if building it manually is the proper route. We’ve tried writing in a custom integration but it is not contacting anything outside of itself. Do you know if there is any resource/history that relates to integrating Bandwidth into Zammad?

There is no bandwidth integration and thus there’s no resource / history.
