Is there a way to automatically change the ticket title (only for Agents) to the customer email address? tried to use the trigger, but unable to put in the syntax to pick up the email address.
this is specifically when customers leave the title blank…
No there’s no way, sorry.
You could change the title to something generic via postmaster filter as example, but that’s about it.
Other solution would be to get a bit “hacky” and solve that issue of yours via API.
More likely it’d be easier to teach your users to learn how to use mail. But that depends which solution would be easier.
