Automatic reopen ticket after 30 days

Infos:

  • Used Zammad version: 3.1.0
  • Used Zammad installation source: (source, package, …)
  • Operating system: Ubuntu
  • Browser + version: Chrome Verzió: 77.0.3865.90

Expected behavior:

The goal would be to automatically reopen the error tickets where the owner’s BitNinja, tag mbcs, status was closed and 30 days ago was the last agent response.
ticket settings:
tag: mbcs
group: BitNinja
state: closed

Actual behavior:

  • Nothing happens.
    The status does not change and there is no comment.
    The trigger does not work.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  • status: closed
    group is BitNinja
    last contact agent within last relative contact - 1 month

execute changes on objects:
set state to open
set note

I’ve tried it in many ways, but nothing happens.
