Automatic email when agents are processed


  • Used Zammad version: 3.2.x
  • Used Zammad installation source: package (apt)
  • Operating system: Debian 9
  • Browser + version: Brave - [Version 1.2.43 (Chromium: 79.0.3945.130 Official Build) (64-bit)]

Expected behavior:

  • If a ticket has been processed by an agent, an email will come as a reminder / confirmation.

Actual behavior:

  • No email is sent.

Who shall receive those confirmations?

The customer. The writer from the ticket.

You can simply create triggers to send any kind of information to your customer if needed.
