Hello Guys,
I am currently trying to create a ticket which is created automatically every Monday. I have tried to set it up with the scheduler but without success.
Does anyone have an idea how I can solve this in an uncomplicated way?
looks like no uncomplicated way to do it inside Zammad. Maybe you can just setup outside Zammad by sending email to Zammad every Monday.
