Automate Abo delete in Closed Tickets

  • Used Zammad installation type: package
  • Operating system: Ubutnu 24.04 LTS
  • Browser + version: Chrome Version 128.0.6613.137

Expected behavior:

Close the ticket and the subscription will be deleted from the ticket

Actual behavior:

Tickets are currently being closed and the subscription remains attached to the ticket, which will eventually fill up our “Subscribed” overview folder

Since Zammad 6.4 you can actually do that in triggers:
