Hey,
when forwarding a ticket to an external recepient we always have to type the complete email address “from mind”. Isn´t it possible to have some autocomplete behaviour?

This sounds like a technical assistance post which why I changed the category.
Yes, Zammad allows auto complete functionality by default.
If it doesn’t work try to tab out and back into the field.
If that still doesn’t help ensure your elasticsearch is up to date, working and doing its job in general.
