Auto reply from email

So I added multiple mails for answering. But it only chooses 1. For example

Client X sends mail to invoice@email.com

And when our agent wants to reply, he cannot reply from invoice@email.com but customer.service@email.com

Is there something that i’m missing?

Check if your E-Mail-Address being assigned to the group is correct.
It always depends on the group, as it decides what E-Mail-Address it uses for sending.

You can fetch like 20 E-Mail-Accounts to one group, but only use one E-Mail-Address for replying.

thank you for the reply, problem solved when I added a new group with a new outgoing email address. Everything working as expected now.
