Auto reply from 2 separate emails?

Hi

I have 2 email accounts tied into Zammad. One funneling messages to an Invoices group and another email feeding into a Renewals group.

However when I send an email to Invoices I get an auto reply from Renewals. How can I separate the two?

I have set up 2 triggers for auto replies and they work. However is there a default auto reply built in somewhere? I keep getting this one particular auto reply that I have never set up. Its not in my trigger and I cant seem to find it in the dashboard

The ticket is coming in with this text. To my knowledge no one in the organization had set this up. Is there a default setting to turn this off? I cannot find it anywhere

This is almost like a trigger. I did delete the default triggers before I imported my emails because I didnt want auto replies sent.

The trigger is gone but could it be “stuck” within Zammad somehow?

I believe I have figured it out. I was getting internal notification plus the trigger I had set up. So it was looking like I received 2 auto replies
