Auto Fill data when required

I Like to know about Zammad can do this feature or not.

My plan is to integrate with a Software that will generate reports. Once that is critical user has to report to Technical Team ( Which at backend will be Zammad). Once User Manually opens it . It autofill report details of report ( Can be TXT or JSON or attachment) and user can put his data into it and submit to Support Team.

Can you let me know its possible or not and how it can be possible any steps

Sorry I don’t understand what you’re trying to do.
I’m guessing you want to create tickets based on a previous completed form on a third party application.

This should be possible by using Zammads API which is documented here:
