Hi,
I would like to add a trigger that looks for tickets where the subject is blank and automatically closes the ticket?
I have tried using “Contains Not” and using a,b,c,d etc or 1,2,3 but it doesn’t pick up the blank tickets.
Anybody have anyway of doing this?
