Assign to another Group in which the agent don't have access

Hi,

is there a possibility to assign a Ticket to another group where the user don’t have access?

Sometimes requests were sent to a wrong mail adress.

For example. Questions according to data protection should be sent to privacy@domain.com but a customer have sent it to support@domain.com. The Agent from support now want to assign this ticket to the right group but don’t have acess to the Group privacy.

How could handled this scenario?

This is possible!
Assign the “create” right for the group this applies to and the agent will be able to move tickets.

It also seems to work with macros.

Because I don’t want to give every user “create” right for another group.

That’s correct - Makros, Triggers and Automations also don’t need agent rights :slight_smile:
