is there a possibility to assign a Ticket to another group where the user don’t have access?
Sometimes requests were sent to a wrong mail adress.
For example. Questions according to data protection should be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org but a customer have sent it to email@example.com. The Agent from support now want to assign this ticket to the right group but don’t have acess to the Group privacy.
How could handled this scenario?
