I miss Asset-Management in Zammad.

Actualy you have tickets, users, organizations and groups.
There should be another table “assets” with customer defined fields.

eg.

  • asset number
  • serial number
  • date
  • state
  • location

tickets can then be connected to the asset object.

I think i-doit with it’s Zammad integration is the better approach. Imho this also enables Zammad to do what you need. You can link assets with tickets.

But that’s just my 2 cents here.
