Are there full English docs?

Hi,

I’ve set up a system today and had a colleague spend a few hours with it. She’s, rightly, concerned that the user manual isn’t fully in English - at least that we can find. Sure, we can use Google translate for most of it, but then there are things like the graphical text on this page - https://zammad-user-documentation.readthedocs.io/de/latest/zammad-ticket-states.html?highlight=status

It’s really going to be barrier to our staff if they have to work from German. Is there a full English one I am missing?

You’re not missing anything here. We’re currently working on full translation to english and ensuring that it’s available in English, German and other languages later, too. :slight_smile:

Ah ok thanks! Shame about the graphical text, makes auto-translate more tricky!
