Application slowness and performance issue

Infos:

  • Used Zammad version: 6.4.1
  • Used Zammad installation type: Package
  • Operating system: Ubuntu 22.04.3 LTS
  • Browser + version: Different Browsers

Expected behavior:

  • The application working fine and fast if the Database have 1 lakh tickets.
  • All menu item pages need to loading quickly while refresh the page.

Actual behavior:

  • The zammad application loading too slow when initially loading.
  • We have 11k tickets in our application, the overview page take 30 seconds to display tickets in the table listing.
  • The administrator pages taking much time to load.

Hey,

which hardware specs?
How many agents are online at the same time?
Which overviews do you have? Is the „closed tickets“ overview there and shows all 11.000 toclets? When Yes, modify it and show only the last 7 days or so. This is very important.

We are using zammad with 40 Agents at the Same time and have over 150.000 tickets and no Performance Problems.
