Hi everybody,
is it possible that Zammad would send a summary of certain content in a weekly report?
For example, we would like to evaluate how many tickets a agent have processed, what time has been documented for this, which tickets have not been processed for more than x days or which tag were assigned how often.
Maybe someone has already implemented something like this (possibly also via API functions) and has an idea for us?
