Hello,

first I posted in this [feature](https://community.zammad.org/t/improve-search-filter-by-customer-group-owner-status/11425/6), to me the original request seems similar, so I’ll comment the same information here:

For normal users in costumer service it’s not easy enough to use the filter syntax that is implemented.

It would be a great start to make a normal user be able to easily filter such basic things as

- costumer
- group
- owner
- status
- text in title
- text in articles
- (tags)
