All recipients (cc) will get a user account

Expected behavior:

If somebody sents an email, the ticket is opened and only (!) the sender gets an user account.

Actual behavior:

All recepients (cc) will also get an user account.

What can I do, to deactive the automatic account creation for cc-recipients?

Hey,

I couldn’t find a option where you can change that. Actually I think this works as designed, because zammad will need those “accounts” for assosiation and history reasons.

I think @thorsteneckel can answer that better than I do.
