  • Used Zammad installation type: package,
  • Operating system: Windows 10
  • Browser + version: Chrome

Is it possible to turn off all notifications by default for all users (also for new added in future)?

Yes this is possible to change for new users, but you can’t change it for already existing users without manipulating the database.
In the file /opt/zammad/config/application.rb you can edit the default settings under notification_config: {
Should be the last section of the file.

Keep in mind that this change is not update save and requires you to re-apply the change after every update.
