Fresh installation Zammad 5.0.x on Ubuntu VERSION=“20.04.3 LTS (Focal Fossa)”

Minimal configuration.

I have create multiple customer and one agent, multiple groups and multiple organisations.

I have assigned only the Agent Role to the agent user and activate only one Group in this rule.

Not all customers assigned to the group and the organization of the agent user.

If the Agent user logs on and press * in the search bar, it seems the tickets only from users assigned to his group (OK), ALL user accounts and ALL locations.

The Agent User then can select an user account or a location from the search results and can modify this object.

Is this correct or a bug?

Can I restrict the search result for Agent Users with groups assigned?

User accounts are globally available within the instance (if you’re authenticated with agent permission).
There’s no option to bind them to a specific group and thus no option to have specific group users being available for tickets in specific groups only.
