Agent can't see any customer

  • Browser + version: Edge last version

I created a test user for testing purposes. When I open a ticket as an agent, I can’t see any customers. I can create one from there, but then I can’t see it again. Not even as an administrator

Context needed. We don’t see what you see nor do we know what precisely you’ve done.

My guess is that you didn’t even type into the customer field.

sudo zammad run rake zammad:searchindex:rebuild

all works fine
