After sending Mail via SMTP "raw" mail can't be downloaded directly


  • Used Zammad version: 2.9.0
  • Used Zammad installation source: (source, package, …) package
  • Operating system: Debian 9
  • Browser + version: Firefox

Expected behavior:

  • After sending a ticket reply via e-mail the same e-mail can be downloaded directly via GUI under raw

Actual behavior:

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  • Create ticket via incoming e-mail
  • Reply to ticket via e-mail
  • Try to download raw e-mail directly from web interface

Could you elaborate what might go wrong here?

The issue is reproducible on your trial servers as well.
I used you should be able to extract the needed info from the server logs there.
Or any setup actually.
The error 500 goes away on the testsetup much faster than on the production server as there are no agents active and nothing is going on on the server so the jobs get cleared much faster I guess. But the error still appears.
