After restart my centos 7 server, zammad show error 500

Infos:

  • Used Zammad version: zammad-5.3.1-1675259950.8ebe3877.centos7.x86_64
  • Used Zammad installation type: (source, package, docker-compose, …): package
  • Operating system: Centos 7
  • Browser + version: Mozilla Firefox 102.7.0esr

Expected behavior:

  • The zammad should run normally

Actual behavior:

  • The following error show:

The zammad is run normally before I restart the centos 7 server, after restart, no more can open zammad and always show the error 500. Hopefully can get some advice and suggestion

The service of Zammad is up and running and you have Zammad listening on ports 3000 and 6042 ?
