Advanced role management for administrative mail settings


the current role management does not allow to assign specific rights from the E-Mail settings.
We would like to create a role that is able to set filters and/or change the signature without the ability to modify the E-Mail account settings or the general mail settings.

The “channel_email” role, which is the only role we can set for the filter/signature settings, would have to be seperated to make this possible.
