Adding a custom mail box

Under “Overviews” there is a list of categories for ticket organization, e.g., Unassigned and Open, Open, Closed tickets etc.
How would I add a new category?


These are “Overviews” which can be found within the Zammad settings page. You can create new ones with customer filters to provide you with the view you would like.
