When adding a M365 mailbox with existing mails, I have tickets created in the wrong group. -
Why is it not solvable with the Zammad standard?
For M365 channels you can only select the target group AFTER adding the channel. -
What is your expectation/what do you want to achieve?
A similar behaviour to “classic” email channel, where you can choose the target group while setting up the connection details.
