Add "target group" to M365 channel configuration BEFORE the first import

  1. What is your original issue/pain point you want to solve?
    When adding a M365 mailbox with existing mails, I want to decide what group the tickets should be created in.

  2. Which are one or two concrete situations where this problem hurts the most?
    When adding a M365 mailbox with existing mails, I have tickets created in the wrong group.

  3. Why is it not solvable with the Zammad standard?
    For M365 channels you can only select the target group AFTER adding the channel.

  4. What is your expectation/what do you want to achieve?
    A similar behaviour to “classic” email channel, where you can choose the target group while setting up the connection details.
